Madres Plaza 25 de Mayo 2880, Rosario, Santa Fe, CP 2000, Argentina ("we", "us"). By buying, you agree to these terms.
1. Products
We sell illustrated digital study guides (PDF) about markets and investing methods. What each product includes is described on its sales page. Our products are educational material and not financial advice — please read our Risk Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.
2. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and include any tax we are required to charge. Payment is handled by Stripe; we never see your full card number. The charge appears on your statement as FINANCESTUDYLAB.
3. Delivery
Products are delivered by email to the address you give at checkout, normally within a few minutes. By buying, you ask us to deliver the files immediately.
4. Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. See our Refund Policy.
5. Licence
When you buy, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to read, print and keep the files for your own use. You may not resell them, share them publicly, upload them anywhere, or distribute them in any form. Our files carry a watermark identifying the purchase.
6. Educational use
Teachers and tutors may use our material with their own students. Please contact us first for any wider institutional use.
7. Liability
We provide our products as educational material. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any investment loss, lost profit, or consequential loss arising from your use of them. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded.
