Risk Disclaimer
Last updated: 13 October 2026Finance Study Lab is educational material. It is not financial advice, and nothing in it is a recommendation to buy or sell any investment.
If you need advice about your own money, speak to a financial adviser who is authorised to give it in your country. We are not.
1. What we are
We publish illustrated educational guides about how markets work and how some well-known investment methods are applied. Bruno Gazze Gonzalez (trading as Finance Study Lab), Av. Madres Plaza 25 de Mayo 2880, Rosario, Santa Fe, CP 2000, Argentina is the publisher.
We are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Comisión Nacional de Valores, or any other financial regulator. We are not investment advisers, brokers, fund managers or financial planners, and we do not hold ourselves out as any of those things.
2. What we do not do
- We do not give personal financial advice, and nothing we publish takes your circumstances, income, debts, tax position or goals into account.
- We do not recommend specific shares, funds or other investments.
- We do not manage money, hold client funds, or execute trades.
- We do not promise, project or guarantee any return.
3. The figures in our material are constructed
Our books teach using worked examples. The companies, prices, volumes and portfolios in those examples are invented for teaching — they are chosen to make a rule visible, not to describe a real company or a real result. They are labelled as constructed figures in the text, and they are not a record of anything that happened.
4. Past performance says nothing about the future
Any method, including the ones we explain, can and will lose money. A rule that worked in one decade may fail in the next. You can lose part or all of the money you invest.
5. The methods we explain are not ours
The seven-letter screen taught in The Leader Screen is a public investment method, originally set out by William J. O'Neil. Our books are an explanation of that public method in our own words, with our own examples. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to O'Neil, Investor's Business Daily, or any other author or publisher whose work we discuss. Sources are credited in each book.
6. Your decisions are yours
If you act on anything you read in our material, you do so on your own judgement and at your own risk. We accept no liability for any loss arising from decisions you make. Nothing here limits any right you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by law.
