Everything we sell is a digital download. By buying, you ask us to deliver the files immediately, which normally means you lose the statutory 14-day cancellation right for digital content. We give you a better guarantee instead.

If the material isn't for you, email us within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full. You don't have to explain why, and you keep nothing you need to return — just tell us.
3. How to ask for a refund
Email info@financestudylab.com from the address you used to buy, with your order number if you have it. That's all we need.
4. When you'll see the money
We process refunds within 2 business days. Your bank usually takes a further 5–10 days to show it.
